This may include your name, contact details, resume, employment and education history, job preferences, profile information, answers to application questions, support messages, and information you choose to enter into Simply Apply.

We may process application status, credit usage, feature interactions, diagnostic events, app version, device and operating system information, and technical error reports. This helps the application work, records successful automated applications, and lets us resolve problems.

- Provide relevant job discovery and application automation.
- Populate applications using the information and answers you provide.
- Track credits and successful automated applications.
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, diagnose errors, and provide support.
- Understand and improve product performance and usability.

4. Supported job platforms
When you direct Simply Apply to act on LinkedIn or Naukri, information required for the selected application may be submitted to that platform and the relevant employer. Their independent privacy policies govern how they handle information after receiving it.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyse, or support Simply Apply; with job platforms and employers at your direction; or when required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or a corporate transaction. Providers are expected to handle information only for the agreed purpose.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and credit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention periods may vary by data type and legal requirement.

Simply Apply is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.
