1. About Simply Apply
Simply Apply is a Windows application by Jobiffy that helps users discover relevant openings and automate selected application steps on supported job platforms, currently LinkedIn and Naukri. Platform support and features may change as those services evolve.
2. Eligibility and your accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a contract and use the connected job platforms. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, resume, saved answers, login details, and every role you select. Keep account credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
3. Credits and payments
One credit is consumed for one successful automated application. Packs are currently priced at ₹1,500 for 500 credits, ₹3,000 for 1,000 credits, and ₹6,000 for 2,000 credits. Prices may change prospectively. Any applicable payment terms will be shown before purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Automation and application outcomes
You decide which jobs to pursue and remain responsible for reviewing your information and submissions. Simply Apply does not guarantee that an application will be accepted, viewed, shortlisted, interviewed, or result in employment. Hiring decisions are controlled by employers and third-party platforms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Simply Apply unlawfully, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, interfere with the application, reverse engineer or resell it, bypass credit controls, or use automation in a way that violates a supported platform’s terms. We may suspend access where necessary to protect users, platforms, or the service.
6. Third-party services
LinkedIn, Naukri, employers, and other third parties operate independently from Jobiffy. Their availability, policies, screening questions, and technical changes are outside our control. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Simply Apply available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, pause, or discontinue features for security, maintenance, legal, or platform compatibility reasons. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.
8. Intellectual property
Simply Apply, Jobiffy, their software, branding, design, and original content are owned by or licensed to Jobiffy. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the application for your personal job search.
9. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Jobiffy is not responsible for employer decisions, missed opportunities, third-party outages, or indirect losses arising from use of the application. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
